They steal packages at this post office and mark delivered I have ring camera and the mailman on route was a different driver Saturday Jan 4 and they stole my package after I’ve waited allday to receive it I ordered dec 16 and it was scheduled to arrive Jan 4 2025 they marked it delivered and it was never delivered I am without my package and will do the fool until someone is held accountable

I still havent got any mails. And i got a call from here saying they will hold my mails. I came in today to pick up my mails and they said there is no mails on hold. Wht the hell is going on. This is too much.. i have important immigration documents that needs to be filled out. Please fix this problem.. or [number removed]

My package is being held up here for 2 weeks now what's going on . I'm supposed to receive it today . And by the looks of these other reviews it's a horrible post office . Get with the program and send my package

Posted hours are incorrect. They do not open at 9:00 on Saturday. At 9:16 the doors are locked, the bell unanswered, there is no posted list of hours. Postmen loading their trucks in the back say the REAL opening time is 10:00.

I have asked my carrier for 7 shoreline court 94804 several times to complete "The item was sent by" section on the notice he left. I need to know who sent this item with tracking number:5293 0630 0423 8216. I need the complete name of the sender of this notice. The"sent by" section on notice just say "Alameda." I live on Hayes street in Richmond CA and we have the world's laziest rudest mail carrier ever she has not been here for a couple weeks and when someone else does her route we receive all mail and packages she has been back on her route for a week and two of my packages have been stolen already she refuses to ring the doorbell but leaves packages anyway out in plain sight I have tried to ask her not to do this as we live in a not so good neighborhood but her attitude is very nasty and she states she just delivers the mail nothing else but yet several of her co-workers have no problem simply doing their job and ensuring that the people get their stuff mail and packages as this is an ongoing problem with her for over a year now I have complained to her supervisor at mcvittie annex and he told me there was nothing he could to as he has talked to her several times already and she's rude to him I would just like to receive my stuff from the USPS

Mailed a package from San Diego (Rancho Pensaquitos) 12/9/21 to Hawaii... its stuck there in Richmond, and your phone number doesn't work??? TF?

I've been trying to get a holed of an employee at this branch because of a package that said it was delivered but wasn't. I let the phone ring forever and no answer. Now on this day I call and the phone is no longer in service. What this is all about I don't know, how is a post office phone number no longer in service without providing a new one. 510 232 4451
