Our mail carrier is constantly on the phone and is inaccurate in her deliveries. When she is called upon it she is very rude.

I have my mail on hold and this post office is still delivering mail to my home. I called the phone number on this page and it just rings several times then goes to busy signal. I filled a complaint through the national post office customer service phone number.

I want kudos to go out to Travis and Toni (Antonia). I've had difficulties getting down to the post office due to injuries; I live in Elk Grove. They have been so understanding and courteous to help me with the "Hold" on my mail during the month, until when I have transportation to get there. I appreciate their service, and the Fort Sutter Post office for the handling of my mail.

I have been living at my current address for roughly 9 months and have consistently had issues with delivery of packages. After multiple people contacted me asking whether I had ever received birthday presents they sent me as well as a missing amazon package I physically went to the post office and filled out a yellow card requesting that ALL packages that do not fit in the mailbox be held at the post office for pick up. Furthermore, I have began tracking all my packages and asked family and friends to track anything they send me as well. Yet, even that seems not to be working as I am still ending up with "missing" packages that the post office cannot seem to find and when I inquire I am kept on hold for copious amounts of time. This is unacceptable and I shouldn't have to have personal mail sent to my job in order to ensure I receive my mail. I will be filing an official complaint.
