I just moved to the area my app shows i have mail but no one at the post office knows where my mail is. I have checks in there i need help this is making no sense
These people are a joke! I enquirered about mail that wasn’t delivered and my check being lost, all the supervisor said was it must be in the system some place don’t know where. Hr didn’t bother to say I’ll look into it and check with carrier. He could care less what’s going on at his facility and isn’t about to do anything about it. He’s just a body filling in space with no knowledge of what to do about all the problems that plague this annex. I can see by all the comments on this page nothing will ever get done to fix anything, in the mean time I’m just stuck with missing checks and bills
I did a pickup request for 1 package to be picked up on monday, Mail was delivered but package not picked up.
I then placed another pickup request to be picked up on tuesday and place a note in my mail box asking to please pick up my packages, mail was delivered but again my packages were not picked up.
The person delivering to my area must really not care at all about customers.
I have requested to hold my mails in this post office and USPS online portal shows that i have mails at this location. But when i go there to collect my mails the employees are very rude and just checks here and there and says there is nothing for me. Very rude and they simply ignoring residents.
Last Thursday i got keys for my USPS cluster mailboxes but still there are no mails nor presence of a post man in this area for last 4-5 days. US gov should seriously think about shutting down this service or start serving people correctly.
package supposed to arrive on the 31st, doesnt showup, call the post office they say no one was home, no safe location.
I cant leave my house, im disabled. so someone is literally always home. These lazy f^cks didnt want to carry my package to the door.
Half the time we get other peoples mail then it's up to us to sort it out. We are box 1 and well get mail for box 222 or 268 where ever the carrier decides to stick it. Our packages dont get delivered properly. Always getting an email from the order center saying that the usps could not deliver because the address is not a deliverable address. I have lived hee for 20 years and our private community has been hee for 77 years. I dont think the post office even tries to deliver. Something has got to be done about this
My mail is not getting delivered properly. I did not get checks so far which i should have got about 10 days back. Today somebody from other office came to deliver some of my mail. Can you pl look into the matter and get my checks and mail delivered to me which is delayed.
