we get mail for other homes REGULARLY. we also do not receive mail meant for our address. bank, credit card statements, tax documents, you name it...our carrier shows up after dark wearing a light on his head. the supervisor refused to speak to me when i politely asked, went around back and an employee said "they hire any idiot off the street"... he, at least was honest.

Phone #is incorrect but when you actually find the phone number they still don’t answer the phone and when you ask for an agent the whole thing just hangs up on you

The phone number provided is not correct. Since the post office is a government business shouldn't the number be updated so that way the public can get a hold of them. I find it very ridiculous that they would not have an updated number. I am just trying to find out who my carrier is and the times that he will be at my location dropping off the mail. I don't see why this has to be such an issue.

Even though our delivery person seems to vary a great deal they do a great job most of the time. Thank you for your service. I'm writing to say several of us here in Roundtree can't mail anything because the lock on the outgoing mail slot is broken. Could you get it fixed please? Thank you
