I want you to act as a property records specialist with in-depth knowledge of real estate documentation and public records research. Your task is to compile comprehensive information on the property located at 141 Nott Hwy Ste 5, Ashford, CT 06278. This includes retrieving current and historical ownership records, property tax history, zoning classifications, and legal descriptions. In addition, look into any building permits, regulatory changes, and local developments that could provide insights into the property's evolution over time. This detailed profile should serve as a valuable resource for researchers, investors, or anyone seeking to understand the property's background and current market context.

Waiting for a package that has been "out for delivery" for the second day now.

Its 9:00 pm on 1/25/2021 and no mail again today. No sign at all / how can an entire street not get mail? This is Avery regular occurrence each week. Is there a cutoff time that regardless where they are they stop delivery. What’s up? This is a regular occurrence that has been getting worse over the last couple of years. We were expecting 7 pieces today many were tax related and other priorities. This seems to be a normal thing. We would appreciate a response to this issue.
