They don’t answer their phone to report this. But the mailman threatened to kill our dog, instead of saying you won’t deliver the mail you jump to this? That is very extreme and uncalled for.

This post office never answers the phone. You have no other way to find out information if no one answers. When my mail carrier is off I get no mail. Haven't gotten any in 2,days. I always get something even if it's advertisements, trash. Where is my mail???? Is anyone working??

THIS POST OFFICE IS THE WORST. I'VE BEEN CALLING FOR DAYS AMD THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. I JUST MOVED AND WHOEVER LIVED IN MY RESIDENCE BEFORE ME I ASSUME NEVER FOWARDED THEIR NEW ADDRESS TO POST OFFICE. SO NOW THE PROBLEM IS LEFT ON ME BECAUSE I KEEP WRITING NOTES AND ABBREVIATING "UTF" ANABLE TO FOWARD SO THE MAIL CARRIER COULD STOP PUTTING THEIR MAIL IN MY MAILBOX. I HAVE ALSO WROTE NOTES IN DETAIL EXPLAINING THE ISSUE AND WHO I AM AND HOW THEY DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE. THAT DOES NOT STOP THEM FROM DOING IT. THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT

Mr Willie Wilkins sent me a letter apologizing for tracking numbers listed above that were scanned that arrived to my 20019 zip code. After further reading, the packages were out for delivery and scanned September 8, 2020. Mr. Wilkins verifies that the carrier said the package was stolen from the postal vehicle. He also apologized for non-receipt of my packages. How can you apologize for items that you don’t have correct tracking numbers listed?!!! He also recommended that I contact the police for non- receipt of my package. What do the police have to do with this?!!!! Again, he apologized for the inconvenience. This makes me feel he’s aware of the culprits. I’m very disappointed with the content of this letter!!!!! I’m contacting the Office of the Inspector General. I rate the River Terrance Annex at a +O. Inspector General it is!

Trying to see is my package being held at this location I can’t get no answer I been calling

I recieved confirmation that a package was delivered to my home but to no avail there was no delivery. I called this location and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. I will escalate this issue to the next level, no one deserves this type of service.

hello, i am catherine i had home invasions, vandalism, theft of keys, theft of mail i made a report to the post office and the police department. I have not recieved my monthly social security checks since october 2017, I reported this isssue also to Eyette Alexander ward 7, and requested follow up from Marion Barry councilmember ward 8 also, they communicated with ward seven . I recieved missing mail item hand delivered to my house . 152 33rd street northeast D.C. 20019 . I had requested to remove the monitor from the from , my regular mail carrier was off Asian mail carrier showed up and i was at the inside of door and he, i asked him what he was reaching for and he said he had come for lunch, it suprised me i asked what that meant and he said there is a monitor right here and i have to check in so they know may location, mail delivery never the same . This place is the worse. They don’t care about your mail or packages. We have to fight to get our packages delivered. They won’t scan them and then deliver them to the wrong address consistently. Tried calling the Postmaster and Angel Saunders at this location refused to give me the contact info.

Why are my packages coming from California constantly opened? What are you looking for? Marijuana perhaps, STOP opening my packages, you don't even attachbthe notice anymore, saying sorry for opening your package.
