I need to know where and how I can get bulk mail to you.

Please tell me the procedure to put extra pages in my passport, how long does it take and how much does it cost. Thanks

they have return lots of my mail and now I have to ask why my mail is being return. have been mail since 2017 at my home. SAD.

I was very dissatisfied with the service, or lack there of, I received today 4/4/2017 by employee named Danny and Walter. I was badgered by the both of them and told that the documents I had to apply for a passport for a minor that wasn't my biological child were not the correct documents even after I pulled up the information on the U.S. Passport website and showed it to them. For some reason they were adamant about proving me wrong. Their customer service skills were null and void. I was eventually helped by a nice lady and my information was processed. Apparently they're short staffed and anything that can speed up the process so they can eliminate the long lines and wait will do. I was very offended and felt belittled after my experience with the two. Even after being proved wrong they didn't even have the decency to apologize. If I never step foot in this post office again it'll be too soon.

If you need any passport assistance, DON'T waste your time at the Gresham Rd location like I did and many others on 12/26/15. Drive 14 miles from there on 75 South to Atlanta's Midtown Passport Acceptance Center located at 1072 West Peachtree St NW, phone 404-765-7570. They are open Saturday's from 9-6 and it literally took 10 minutes to apply for a first time passport. They have 5 agents who are very customer-service friendly unlike the Gresham Rd USPS.

I waited almost 2 hours today to renew my passport & apparently they don't renew them here. You have to mail it in! Even though it says above that they do renewals! A little annoyed! Hope this will save people time!!!!!
