My mail lady is good but some mail carriers throw the packages hard on the porch and I feel that really unthoughtful now you gotta reorder cracked items ect
Englewood has the worst mail service ever even before the pandemic. My family haven’t received mail in weeks and there is no alerts as to why? Just complete silence about the matter.
The Internet is always down for days at a time. This office definitely needs to be managed differently. They are serving no purpose for this community!!!
I get mail once a month and when I get mail it's in bulk
I just received our mail once every 14 days I don't it's like this for 3 years don't know what's going on in here with this people here if you want to get your job just quit let somebody else to work , you don't like the job please quit doing all of us a favor just quit
I am so tired of this post office delivering the mail when they choose to, LYING ABOUT THEY DELIVER MAIL ATTEMPTS WHEN THEY HAVE NOT, I HAVE A GATE YOU CAN OPEN, NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WHY IS IT THE NICE AREAS GET THEIR MAIL ON TIME AND MY AREA Receive it when they feel like it. IF THEY ARE SHORT STAFF, HIRE MORE WORKERS! SO THE CARRIERS ARE THE ONES WHO WRITE THE ATTEMPTS DELIVERIES, ARE THEY LAZY OR WHAT, I PREFER THE TRUTH THEN A LYING LABEL!! UPS OR FED-X ME PLEASE
This postal service sucks the mail carriers delivers mail when they feel like it some are capitalizing off of this pandemic I waited for a certified letter for almost two weeks before I received it & only because I called in numerous of times complaining because the tracking information said out for delivery and after two weeks I still hadn’t received anything the carrier claimed no Acess when I have a complete walk up no stairs no gate no pets instead she bluntly lied and left my package at the post office instead of delivering my package the very next day mind you i had someone home waiting & I would receive mail sometimes about 7 :00 pm you can deliver the other mail but not the certified letter it’s crazy
This area sucks with delivery. They deliver to the wrong address or they never deliver. I really hate this. They do not do their job well. Either keep the Postal service or get rid of it all together

mail in 4 days. i put a letter in my door for pick up for my son in texas.
once i received a tax bill months late. i tried calling the phone no.
at the 63rd office no answer. thank you
