This post office is not what it used to be. Not very friendly customer service and they lie. I had dropped off a package under 13oz, INSIDE the drop off box which never got scanned. What happened to it??? When I went to go ask about it, the postal worker said they show they received it, but that is a lie, because it NEVER got scanned. The tracking # did Not show any activity at all. That means it did NOT transport to any other posts office before arriving to its destination, because it NEVER left the Hessville Post office. I will not be going to that post office anymore. It's sad when you have to go to another town to get better trusting service.
