Constantly not able to get mail down the chute at the South Street location before noon on a Monday!!! Mail could easily be stolen!!!

Customer service, what? Yeah..there isnt any it's a myth. I've had such a horrible experience I've got PTSD from it.

Went in today to mail a package. An employee came up to me in the lobby, no mask, no gloves. Got up in my face to see if I needed help with my box, which I declined. He insisted I was using the wrong box and went to get another one. Again, he was right up in my face during this pandemic with NO MASK on. I had to tell him to back up. Completely irresponsible and uncalled for.
