4679 Brownwood Rd. I am handicapped with back issues and kidney failure. They won't deliver mail because of ice and snow by mailbox because the county doesn't plow close enough to the mailboxes. I never saw a sticker or anything notifying me that they wouldn't deliver my mail, my neighbor told me. I called and asked what to do about getting my mail and was advised that I couldn't pick up my mail at the post office. I tried to put salt down yesterday and fell and injured my back and knee and can barely walk today. If I requested you to hold my mail if on vacation I could pick up my mail at the post office without a problem. This is an extenuated circumstance and I can't see why you can't hold my mail for me to pick up. I understand why you can't deliver to curb right now and I don't want anybody to get hurt like I did. However in cases such as this the Postal Office could be a little more considerate of the circumstances out of my control. It's as if you want to punish me because I am physically no longer capable of clearing it out. You have me trapped between a mailbox and the postal facility. So we must wait for the weather to improve before I can get my mail the problem could be resolved by temporarily allowing us to pick up our mail. I have done nothing wrong and shouldn't be punished over an act of God.

The distances listed on this site are very inaccurate. Add at least 5 miles to every single one.
