Why did no one in our area receive mail for 7 business days? This is not acceptable! Some people have medications that need to be delivered and billing. This has gotten to be a very poor service.
Once again I have received mail only 2 days this week. I’ve never in my life time seen such a pathetic display of incompetence when it comes to mail delivery. Back in the day we received mail no matter what - blizzards, heat waves, summer storms. Now supposedly because of a virus the mail can’t be delivered?!?!?
Horrible customer service- this is the second package in less than two months that has taken over a month to arrive at the destination and I sent them both Priority Mail 3 Day...no follow up and horrible phone manners for personnel. Your call # does not even work!~!!!!!! 507-287-1268 hangs up after answering!!!!! Another crappy government run business.

Iv been trying to get ahold of someone at the Rochester post office for weeks. Its the worst service EVER. i paid an insane amount to have a package over nighted and it never came
