Customer Service is an oxymoron in juxtaposition with the USPS. Posting telephone numbers is just wonderful -- especially when you know going in that NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE TELEPHONE. An innovative was to eliminate all questions from being answered and all complaints from being registered.

Great post office when your regular mailman is working. If for some reason your mailman is off, you will not get your mail until he returns.

left 2 out going checks in my mailbox on the 1st of may.both were picked up and neither made it to their destination costing me $62.00 to cancel each with my bank.

I love this small post office. Have a po box here. Convenient and the workers are the best friendly and makes my day. Sometimes my box is so stuff that I can't get stuff out, all I do is ask someone and they are there to help. Keep up the good work Grand Ave post ofice you are the best.

whatever lady you guys have picking up the phone has the worst attitude i have had to experience. she starts the conversation off like a prick .
