Postal Locations

Another thing I would like to add aside from not answering phone calls The costermer service/Clears can be a bit more pleasent. I went in to the office took a bus to get there only to be told that my packages and mail do not go through there they go through green tree. the clerk had a unpleasant demeanor but gave me the general info I needed but made me feel like I was bothering her by being there . She talked on her cell phone the entire time to a friend which is ok it was getting towards the end of the workday but if you are serving a customer get off your phone that is rude. there was nobody else at this location and its not a very bizzy place . She could have saved me time if she answered the Post office phone . There def. needs to be much better customer service at this location

I mailed 2 sympathy cards containing Gift cards on April 1 to: Matthew Lewis 3000 Westpointe Dr., Apt. 203, Pittsburgh, PA 15205. I just found out they no longer live at that address. The correct address is: 1121 12th St., McKees Rocks, PA 15136. They still have not received the gift cards. I always thought that mail was returned to sender if it is undeliverable. NEED HELP.
