Tracking says this package was delivered to this branch on the 18 of April. When I went to UPS tracking direct says delayed as of April 20th. Can you tell me where this package is. Will it be delivered by Friday April. 22nd??

Our regular carrier is absolutely magnificent. He delivers our mail and parcels in a professional and timely manner and always places over-sized packages/parcels on our covered back steps. When he is not working (primarily on the weekends and some Fridays or Mondays when he need to take vacation days), our mail, parcels and packages are forced into our regular-sized mailbox to the point that I have to damage the parcel/box to remove it from the mailbox. IF the item is too large to be forced into our mailbox, the substitute mail carrier throws it in front of the garage or on the steps next to the garage, both in plain view from the street. Several items have been soaked in the rain due to this negligence. At least once a month, there is a missing parcel/package which has been delivered somewhere else in the subdivision. Last weekend this happened and I had to report these missing items online.
I have already crafted a second letter regarding the above issues and will ask my regular mail carrier to hand-deliver the letter to the Concord PO Post Master. To date, I have not had the courtesy of a response the first letter, which is totally unacceptable.
We love our regular carrier; he does an excellent job. Unfortunately, it is some of the substitute mail carriers who need to be trained to carefully read addresses on mail and parcels and be reminded HOW to safely deliver said items to the addressee.
Who is responsible for the training of these employees? Should not the local Post Master ensure that these substitute carriers receive instructions on how to handle their routes?
On 4 different occasions in the last 2 weeks, items that are too large for the mailbox have been left on the porch, just outside of the covered area. I have no clue why it can't be placed a couple more feet toward my door so that it is under the covered porch. Lucky only 1 box was ruined by rain, but it didn't mess up the item itself. However, if this continues to happen it very easily could. I have tried to contact this location on multiple occasions and no one ever answers the phone. Does anyone know how I can contact them to make a request for them to leave boxes under the covered area?
I checked my mailbox at noon today and mail had not been delivered. I just checked again it had been delivered and the mailbox door had been torn off the box by the negligence of your carrier. It is $200 cast aluminum box with a tight magnetic closure. On 3 a occasions in the last month the door has been open after mail delivery. The only way that can happen is to slam it. This time they knocked the door door off as they drove away. Your mail truck should have damage on the right/driver’s side. I expect USPS to replace or repair the door.
