Postal Locations

I don't know why y'all even have phone numbers because don't none of y'all answer the phone at any freaking location I don't understand why have phones if y'all ain't going to answer or how am I supposed to talk to somebody to get something handled if y'all don't answer the phone ever not once have you answered the phone the only person I've ever talked to he's the 1-800 number and he's probably in some other state somewhere that ain't going to be able to help me y'all need to figure something out with your phone I pay somebody to answer phones all day or something this is crazy service

I have tryed calling the Northwest Annex Post Office 4334 Middlebrook Pike location for an hour and keep getting hung up on.

Mail NOT being picked up. And worse a package left by the sidewalk, not on my porch. I live at 2041 Boyd Street
