We visited the post office today and were yelled out of the room by the employee working the window. We were away and failed to pick up our mail in time, so it had been forwarded to the Post Office. Instead of helping us, she told us we weren't worth her time to even look, and sent my wife out of the room crying. Absolutely horrific customer service.
