Postal Locations

There is a homeless guy in the outer lobby who has other people’s torn up mail from the lock box which has reached capacity so that he can easily reach in and pull out mail intended to be shredded. Don’t put your mail in those as no one is watching and the lobby always has homeless people hanging out to get warm... and apparently look through what mail they can get their hands on. I tried calling but they keep hanging up without even bothering to say hello.

I was very frustrated with the manager's rude attitude. She was so unprofessional in dealing with a customer looking for her package. That's not the way a manager should act infront of the customers and I was one of them. Clerks were very friendly and their smiles mean so much to us.

I shipped a guitar and forgot to put my daughters apt # and it was not delivered. I am not able to get anyone to pickup the phone. I am i Texas and cannot go over there. My daughter visited you less than one hour after you opened first thing. and no one will look for her guitar, now it will be shipped back and i lose $100. 00 because of no effort of locating the guitar.
