I wish I had great things to say. Not the case. I still can't get an honest answer from anyone. Who is the "boss" over the Ketchikan Postmaster? The way the mail is being handled to the small cities on POW is a joke. Mail is being shown delivered and never even leaves KTN. When things are missing or damaged, there is no recourse because they show delivered. There has to be something illegal with messing with the federal mail system this way. I believe Crystal in Ktn is the ringleader on this direction. Please, please, be honest and legal and do the things you promised... Crystal, I am still waiting on the email showing the details of why delvered in KTN is not an accurate delivery to me on the island, oh ya, and I called again and you said you'd send it again.... still haven't received it. Go figure. Anyone know who to call to actually get some answers or something done about this lack of professionalism... course, we are talking about a government entity... untouchable, and lacking in honesty, transparency and integrity.
An international package arrived in town that I ordered months ago…. I got a notification stating it was “Returned to Sender” without any warning. I have every receipt, tracking number, and package detail. Yet Crystal Owen, the “Post Master” accused me of lying and said she doesn’t believe it’s mine. She needs to be investigated immediately, she is insanely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I ordered a package on 7/19/2023 it got mailed out 7/21/2023 through UPS to Tacoma And delivered to the P.O. in Tacoma on the 28th at 7:05 pm that was my last update had I not spent $20 & went the cheapest rate I would had, had my package but it’s in limbo in Washington, I thought I was getting it faster paying $20 but in stead I paid for 2 handlers and neither one knows where my package is and it’s been 3 weeks and no one knows nothing & I didn’t receive a new tracker from UPS to the P.O. quite frustrating. Where’s my package at?
Is our mail safe? Are you doing things to assure that with this virus. So many people handle our mail. I want to be safe but I want to get my mail too. Could you put somethng on your web site to tell us. Thank you.
I would like information about what is happening with mail in/out and around Ketchikan, Alaska. Is all mail delivery being routed through Juneau, including mail that is being sent from from end of Ketchikan to the other end of Ketchikan? Very little if any information has been provided to the community of Ketchikan about exactly how their mail is being handled. The Post Office is long overdue in giving this community answers and full explanations as to what is going on.
