I have not received mail since not have seen a postal worker at all. Very mad.

The FedEx sure post delivered through the Bessemer Post Office has a package that they said they tried to deliver on December 27. Which they did not do they just left a notice in the box. I can't get information on the package because No one answers the telephone, or they pick it up and hang up. This package was scheduled to arrive Dec 21, 2021. I just want the package redelivered and left on the porch if there is no answer. But that is a lie, there is someone at the house everyday. There is no excuse for the Post Office there in Bessemer, Al 35020 to be running as poorly as they are. I sent a stuffed toy to my Great Granddaughter for Christmas and here we are going into 2022, and she still hasn't received her Christmas gift. Don't take on FedEx Sure Post if you can't deliver. They give the US Postal Service a very bad image. Get off of their lazy Asses and do their jobs. Whomever is Managing this facility isn't upholding USPS standards. It's really sad.

This is the absolute usps I have ever dealt with. They lose packages, don't drop off items bc the courier is lazy on a sunny day, they don't answer the phone all day and now I'm missing a couple hundred dollars worth of bulk items bc Bessemer usps "lost" it....is what the new update says. And customer svc is the absolute most unhelpful. Have left me waiting for hours up until an hour to close of the post office to tell me the only way I can get my pkg today is if the courier gets back before closing at the post office and maybe I can pick it up myself at that time, otherwise, I'll have to try another day....I leave back for work out of town tonight. Most unhelpful...

I am having a problem receiving my important mail delivered to my address. Debit cards, insurance cards, etc. Never arrives for some reason or another. I have to contact the senders and in their records it was sent but I never get them . This has been going on for a long time.Please research what is happening. Thank you

My address is 4073 Paradise Ln, Bessemer, AL. I have not received mail in 3 days. I am looking for an important small package from AT&T. I have had to report her before for holding my mail and then got a box full of mail, containing bills to be paid and other important mail. Please help me get my mail in a timely manner. Thank you

Please tell me why have I not gotten my mail Fri or Sat . This COVID excuse is getting rather old. Mailboxes don’t give COVID. Are they throwing our mail away because we surely not receiving it. It’s bad enough they putting it in the wrong box now we not getting any when the app says I have mail. Wow.

Same problem. Mail not being delivered even though I have informed delivery that comes to my email every morning to show me what mail I should get for the day. Went to the post office and the manager said the lady had to leave early to pick up her kids bc she lives in Anniston or whatever. That shouldn’t affect me getting mail. What is going on with this post office? Everyone should be fired and hire responsible people. Ridiculous

I got a letter of notification that very important mail would be delivered on the 26th of March 2021 here it is April 2nd and nothing has come in. I think I have been very patient about the circumstances but it is really starting to bother me. In this instance the covid excuse is getting very old ups and fedex are not having these issues where is my mail very disgruntled

This is the worst post office in the united states! They never answer the phone and always loose mail or packages. You'd think working for the federal government they'd have better employees that make that kind of money and get all the benefits you could ask for.

I have lived all over the United States, and let me tell you, the post office in Bessemer, AL is by far the worst post office that I have ever witnessed. This is coming from an individual that has lived in small mountain communities in Colorado, backwoods communities in North Carolina, West Texas, as well as a few major cities. Either they can’t get their shot together or just flat refuse to.

This is the second time my mail has not been delivered, I’ve tried to contact MULTIPLE times and I’ve gotten NO HELP ! I have been patient and nothing but nice. My usual mailman has been away and whoever the women are replacing him are giving me the impression that they are stealing my stuff. I do not want to accuse people but you all are giving me very little option to do otherwise !

WHERE IS MY MAIL??? I left the carrier a note on June 20 to hold our mail for 1 week while we were out of town since the Hold mail service did not work. They held all mail and packages and I requested all of my mail to be Delivered on Saturday June 27. It's now Tuesday, June 30 and I still do not have my mail from last week? I've tried calling and get no answer. I will leave the carrier a note in the mailbox today asking about my mail. TRUST ME....YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO COME DOWN THERE! I am also calling customer service to see if they can track down my mail. This is beyond ridiculous!

6/5/2020 came home to find my lamp post/mailbox was hit. A person driving by told us that the mail man just ran into it! the mailbox door is completely bent to where it will not close and my lamp post attached to it is leaning. I called the post office and was on hold over 45 minutes! I want to know how we are going to be reimbursed for this damage. On my way home the mail truck was parked along the side of the road??? After seeing and hearing of what had happened I went to find the driver whom was on the side of the road and he was gone. Get back to me as soon as possible as to how you are going to repair or reimburse me for this damage-he/she didnt even leave a note---how very irresponsible to do such a thing and just drive away!!!

Tired of the postal worker leaving the door open on my mail box which makes the mail wet when it rains. this has been a problem for several months. My neighbors also are complaining. It should not be o.k. to leave it open especially when it is raining. That is a responsibility of the deliverer.Wish you would do something about it. Please!!!!

Pitiful service I’ve ever experienced missing two packages which is costly Would seem the post master would fix the deficiencies at this location or retire the entire neighborhood complains of packages and mail not received ! But then again !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tracking that says my prescription was delivered a week ago to my mailbox, but it was not. Our postman constantly delivers mail to the wrong box, but Bessemer post office will not help find your package when it's delivered incorrectly. Is the only solution to move?

Bessemer Post office is literally the worst. I have not received mail for a week. When we do we receive mail it is just for that day. What happened to all the other mail that was not delivered. They certainly do not follow the PO motto of: neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow will keep us from our appointed rounds. they all need to be fired and start over again.

This place is a joke! Our mail business and residence never show up on time! Why do you think I signed up for the Informed delivery Digest?? My shit ain't here yet!! This whole post office place needs FIRED! Bunch of lazy bums only there to draw a check and grab the benefits!

I am still waiting on my package it was supposed to be delivered on 12 out of 10 here it is on Wednesday have not received it the post office said it’s still in transit I spent two hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer and they said I was the next available person wow guys put a ticket to take Donald Trump to do this and I want to y’all and getting enough money selling performing your job you supposed be doing the postmaster should call me email me and I’ll get a hold of him and express my review I think it’s poor workmanship piss poor work guys

BESSEMER POSTAL SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY LAZY WE DONT GET MAIL TIL 8PM AT NIGHT I HAD A PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY BUT WASN'T AND I STAY LESS THAN 5MINS AWAY FROM THE POST OFFICE😡

USPS is a joke in Bessemer or Shannon. When I asked for the postmaster I had a worker say no and that she was the postmaster in addition to that Bessemer Post Office has a fax number listed as a contact number and the unprofessional Postmaster in Shannon told me what I was sharing with her was irrelevant. Oh really. SSOB.

I also don’t get my mail until 7 or 8 at night. Saturday 9/30/17 I was suppose to get a package from amazon. At 8 o’clock amazon messaged my phone and stated delivery will have different delivery date. Then Sunday morning I got an email saying package was attempted to be delivered but couldn’t be. I would find notice and follow instructions. NO ONE tried to deliver anything!!!! I was home all day and my dogs bark like crazy when someone is outside! I got no mail at all that day. It also just happened that there were some big football games on at 5 and 8. Auburn and Alabama games. I feel the carrier was late again so just went home and didn’t finish route so they could watch game. I had to spend my morning today going online and rescheduling the deliver. I am very angry!! I have also had a few packages left at the wrong address. Thankfully the people brought the packages to me instead of keeping them. I get a lot of my groceries through amazon bc I am disabled and shopping and toting groceries is hard for me. I live at 7060 Pocahontas rd.

My mail didn't get delivered until 8:45 tonight and I was expecting an Amazon package. Received email from Amazon that delivery was attempted and I should find a notice from USPS with options. I was home and there was no attempted delivery. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I'm upset over the package and would like to know why we get our mail so late. And yes, there was mail but no package nor notice on delivery options!

Bessemer postal delivery to residential homes does not occur until 7-8pm on a daily basis. I call the post office and am told that a new carrier is trying to learn the mail route. What happened to training a person first, then letting them take over. Getting your mail between 7 and 8pm day after day is unacceptable. We never had this problem with our regular carrier, she was great.
