Postal Locations

I have not been receiving my mail lately I hope everything gets back on track I’ve been charged for late fees on my bills for the same reason that I never received them in the mail. Also Instead of receiving my mail I’ve been receiving other people’s mail instead????

I have talked to multiple people at this post office for the past two months and never received a call back. The postmaster is rude and acts like she does not care about any issues that she should be assisting with. She has a horrible attitude. Will lie and say she will call you back and not bother to take a name or phone number to return a call. I was told by this office they would deliver my mail until we could move the mailbox if done within 30 days. SOME mail was delivered and we were never notified the mail was being held. When i saw on my tracking for a package it was being held i went to the post office to collect that and I was presented with an entire box of mail which included the notice that our mail was being held. I asked for two months where the mailbox needed to go and was only told i dont know or someone will come out and look and we will give you a call back.
