Today is March 09, 2021. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. This facility needs closing. I have called multiple times with no success. Manager Dixon, does not have a voicemail set up. The 1-800 automatic machine information is erroneously saying inquiry is resoved. I sent my package/letter on February 02, 2021 from Auburn, Alabama Post office. It has been saying "In Transit' since February 09, 2021 at this facility. I will be filing a complaint against Manager Dixon and contacting my congressman. This has caused me severe stress, time and money. I am aware it is not Covid-19 related.
I have called multiple numbers and spent over an hour trying to get a person with USPS on the phone with no success. My package was scheduled to be delivered on 12/3/2020. It has been at the USPS Green Springs Annex just down the road from my house here in Birmingham since 12/3/2020, with no updates. I emailed USPS on 12/7 and did not receive a response. When I tried to email again today, 7 days later, it said I already have an open order and have wait 3 days from submitting the first order or call the 1-800-ASK-USPS number, which I can not get a representative on the phone at plus it has been 7 days. This delay has cost us an entire month of service. I need someone to contact me so I can come pick up my package myself today.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I CALLED FOR DAYS REGARDING A CAP ACCOUNT AND FINALLY ONE PERSON ANSWERED AND LEFT ME ON HOLD FOREVER - I FINALLY REALIZED THEY HAD NO INTENTIONS ON GETTING BACK TO THE PHONE TO HELP ME.
