The carrier for Tambay Drive is leaving my mail and packages in my driveway, on my steps, on the ground, etc. The mail has been rained on, besides being left out in the open for the wind to blow, anyone to pick up, etc. I am making you aware of this situation prior to my lodging a formal complaint in hopes you will reprimand this carrier before he loses his job. He is still in the probation period and can be let go with no further ado. I have pics of his dereliction of duty. If Tarrant P.O. does not remedy this situation, I will go up the line with my complaint.

I've been living at my address for over 22 years. In fact, have lived in this community except for 1 year, all of my life. All of a sudden, the mail carrier just abruptly stopped deliver my mail and tole the supervisors 4 different lies. First she said my sister told her I didn't live at my home anymore. I brought my sisters to the Tarranr post office and all of a sudden she said she couldn't remember which sister told her that. The second time, she said thar AI said my mail were being stolen. The third time she said she could turn around and that I had my gate locked. The fourth time she said I didn't have any furniture in my home. I then invited the supervisors to immediately follow me home and have a walk thru. Mind you , my yard was kept up, curtains were hang, the lights were on, the water was on and my house was full of furniture, but no supervisors bothered to investigate my situation neither did neither one compel her to do her job by delivering my mail. I now receive my mail once per week when the incompetent mail carrier 8a off. The back up carrier even told 2 supervisors that I was at home every time she delivered my mail, to no avail. I have to now go to the post office to pick up my own mail because the supervisors can't make the mail carrier do her job.
I went down town to the main post office to file a formal complaint and was told to file a complaint online to the Post Master General, which I did. I encourage everybody to file your complaints to the Post Master Genetal to have these incompetent mail carriers replaced.
They never answer the phone. We've reported delivery of others to our address and our mail delivered to others in the community we live in. It never gets resolved. Online purchases reported delivered... We don't recieve. This is nuts. Tarrant Post Office needs retraining
August 13, 2018: This is my second post regarding the mail being delivered to wrong addresses on my street. I made a post on August 4th about this problem, so today I received someone else's mail who lives approximately 6 streets or more from me. Do you not care that these people are not getting their mail? I am not being paid to deliver mail for the post office, or make sure that the correct recipient receive their mail. I guess my next post will be to the Postmaster General since whom ever in this area is not taking any steps toward correcting the problem.
I would like to know why is it that mail is not picked up or delivered sometimes two consecutive days. Also I've had orders not delivered at all but the tracking info states it has been delivered. I know Tarrant is a financially struggling city, but the postal delivery or lack of, is so not acceptable. I've had to go into the postal office once/twice and had excellent service.
