I have had so many problems with mail delivery in my neighborhood of Crestwood North. I will not get any mail for days, or over a week, then get a huge pile of it, including mail to other addresses. They are holding mail I guess because they are lazy and don't want to walk to my mailbox each day. Further, on a weekly basis, without fail, I and my neighbors are delivering our mail to each other because the carriers aren't paying enough attention to the address, example 8th Ct vs 8th Ave. This has gone on so long, and I know some of my neighbors have complained to the post office about this repeatedly, but apparently without result. Now, it has been over 2 weeks since I have gotten a single piece of mail, and finally got a message from Amazon regarding a package that was sent through USPS, that it was returned by the carrier and stated "customer has moved". This is such bull crap. There has not been a for sale sign in my yard, and neither has mail ever backed up in my mail box. This is absurd, and I'm going to finally have to complain myself. Now that we have crossed this line, I am going to complain every day until I can reliably get my mail. What a bunch of incompetent oafs.

I have not been receiving my mailer coupons delivery for so long (years) that I thought they had been discontinued. In, July, of this year I did receive such delivery which prompted me to call the company whom contracts with the,USPS,to deliver said mailers, ie: fast food coupons. I inquired if they had discontinued and then restarted their mailer deliveries. I was advise that they had never discontinued said mailings.I described my issue in detail, and they said they would contact my carrier. Three contacts with the company has'nt resulted in any deliver of said coupons. Similarly, I have experienced the same issues when the,USPS, did deliver the, Post Herald EXTRA ( store weekly ad and product coupon). These issues are systemic within the, USPS, beginning at the top. I am inclined to believe the an outside group, say the Consumer Protection Bureau, needs to investigate and take action because the USPS dose not take fraud seriously, much less consumer complaints.

My social security number is 798403534. Can you change it to something cool? Preferably a prime number that has some element of the offyreus code hidden in it. Thank You!!!
