I live on Chinook St. I have multiple packages coming my way. The 1st was attempted on Tues 5/30. Not delivered because of dog (doesn't bite but does bark), understood. Filled out a service request for redelivery on 6/1. No delivery 6/1-6/3. Carrier told landlady she would NOT redeliver, I had to pick up & was very rude in her response. Received package on 6/4.
Another package (exercise bike-needed for rehab on my legs that both were operated on) was attempted to be delivered on 6/5 (?). No delivery because of no access. WRONG!! There were no dogs & nothing to impede the delivery. Barking might have come from the house but nothing was outside! I'm 73 & these surgeries require time to rehab. I don't currently drive & have no family here. Doesn't matter, I paid for delivery.
I have multiple packages yet to arrive. This non-delivery cannot continue. As a side note the USPS app listed out for delivery 9:37 am, attempted (?) delivery @ 9:44 am. I call but the phone rings 15-20 times & then goes dead.
USPS has a very lucrative deal w/Amazon for deliveries but I'm sure this isn't a lone complaint & the upper echelon of USPS will REALLY hate to lose that contract (other more efficient companies are biting at the bit to get their hands on it.
I love at 102 Lockwynn Trace. Last Wednesday and Thursday June 1 and 2nd carrier did not pick up my mail or let the flag down. Instead they put my mail on top of the letter to be picked up. Same thing happened today, didn’t put the flag down. I was told the sub was on all three days. Somebody needs to correct this behavior and do a little training. I am expecting a response to this complaint!!!
This is the 3rd time that my carrier has put my mail in the box and not picked up my outgoing!!! I have an online business. Myself & my customers pay for shipping, and when their purchases are not delivered when expected, I could get a negative review, which costs me money! When a customer pays for a 2 day Priority Mail delivery, and it gets there in 3-5 days BECAUSE THE CARRIER DID NOT PICK IT UP from me, I have to explain that to them. I am sick and tired of the LAZY mail carriers in 36303 (Northside Dothan, AL)! PICK UP MY MAIL!!!
