I had a pickup scheduled for today and they left my mail and didn't pick up my outgoing packages. I've tried to call them to see if I need to reschedule for tomorrow but no one answers the phone. My customers are waiting for their packages.
The Alabama City Post Office in Gadsden, AL is very inefficient to me. This is the 4th or 5th time I or some member in my family has ordered from Amazon and they say your package has been delivered and it hasn't been. Also we go two and three days without mail and I understand that you don't always get mail but really 3 days without junk mail? I don't think they do their jobs and they have no management. My husband has even caught one of the carriers asleep in their truck. There needs to be some consequences for their actions. Too many people out of work that would love a job and would do it correctly.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE POSTMANNOT STOPPING AT MY HOME TO CHECK FOR ANY OUTGOING MAIL. I AM LEGALLY BLIND AND SO IS MY WIFE. WE HAVE FREE MATTER FOR THE BLIND AND LATELY THE POSTMAN HAS BEEN PASSING BY THE HOMES WHO WILL NOT receive mail. I HAVE MAIL FOR A COUPLE OF DAY NOW THAT HAS BEEN IN THE BOX WITH THE FLAG OUT AND THEY WILL NOT PICK IT UP. WHAT TO DO?
