Recently paid four payments (bills with personal checks) into the middle mail box (outside) on Oct 24 th at South Huntsville/Haysland PO.
May as well have buried them in the backyard.
Now delinquent with Huntsville utilities, Penny Mac mortgage, and have lost payments to the tax assessors office and to the downtown rescue mission.
Inexcusable!
Guess I'll have to bring everything inside now, or just trust the banking system to not help themselves to my online accounts.
Simply getting what I deserve for trying to support the mail carriers I suppose.
I’ve tried calling them to ask them about picking up my packages, because for some reason now, they won’t deliver to my second floor apartment, even though my building is clearly marked and my apartment only has two floors. I work two jobs and the only day I’m off is Sundays. How am I supposed to get my mail at this point?
Was expecting a package that claimed, on their website, to have been delivered. It was not. Received packages several days before and several days after the date claimed for delivery. Since our mail gets delivered to neighbors mailboxes and we receive others mail.....I assumed a simple error.....however the postal employees at the post office were no help and dismissive. They were no help at all. And to think my taxes help pay their salary.....be nice if we could evaluate their performance at annual review time!
Your taxes do not pay their salary. Postal fees pay their salaries.

Bad customer service, they never answer their phone, tried for 2 hours straight, with no luck, on a day they were open, not near a holiday. This is not the first time either.
Nothing has changed. And they keep not delivering packages saying there’s no access to my porch. I have pictures every time they pull this, my front door is NEVER blocked. It just lazy workers who don’t want to get out of the truck covering their a**.
