I have been trying to get in touch with a postal worker all morning. Not only are they not answering the phone, but the mailbox is also full. Normally I would try to be understanding, but I’ve also VISITED this office and it was the most unimpressive experience I have ever had at a post office. I stood in line for 20 minutes and moved ONE space forward. I eventually just left. I need to mail an envelope but none of your websites are at all helpful in telling me how many stamps to use, and I can’t even get in touch with a postal worker to avoid an unnecessary trip to the post office. Seriously y’all, please do better. This should not be taking up my entire morning to mail one large envelope when I have the size and weight and it’s literally just getting mailed to an office down the street.
