Was waiting for a package today when I got a notification that there was no access to the delivery location, which is not true. So I called this post office to see what may have been the problem. I was told the driver forgot to deliver my package but was offered no further explanation. The people here are lazy and don’t want to complete their routes so they lie on the tracking info.

I think you’re still delivering mail to our old address at 301 Syracuse Street. A credit card was retrieved from the mail and used by unauthorized people.

Disappointed with my mail carrier, I was out of town for for couple of weeks and I gave a specific day when I want to have the mail delivery resumed and it’s 5 days later and can’t seem to be able to resume delivery. Went to post office pick up the mail myself ,tell them I’m bak in town and I want my mail delivery to resume and I still can’t get mai mail to be delivered.

Worst post office I have ever been to. The African American woman who helped me was extremely disrespectful and rude. Tried to lie to me and tell me that my package had not been shipped even though the paperwork clearly said it has. I absolutely disappointed and disgusted in the quality of service.

Postal service worker at front desk refused to provide a receipt for my shipment. He said I could watch him scan it or I could take a picture. How does this help if my package is lost or delayed? There is an extreme lack of customer service at this location. Serious training should’ve taken to re-educate these postal workers to assist the public. It’s unfortunate these are the representatives of the US postal service.
