I was supposed to receive a package on Saturday April 1 , 2023 , my usual mail delivery time is normally in the mid morning around 11 ish so I had something to do I left , why was my package delivered but not delivered they claimed my house to be vacant even though I just received a package from the same company just days prior , so now I guess my package was shipped back I’m trying very patiently to wait til the location near me opens but at this point I’m extremely livid cause why would you say my house is vacant of all things I mean I got my refund but I want my package asap
I have a certified letter that I tracked to your post office. It has my social and bank routing numbers and was addressed to Jackson and Scott legal firm. I understand that you might be able to tell me who signed for that letter on 3/13/2023. This is very important. please email me and I'll give my phone number. I have been trying to call you for several hours.
I still have a box shoved in my mailbox for 4 days now which I can not get out because it will not fit to take it out and we have a separate box holder for that purpose with a key. Since then, the mail has run and the mail carrier seeing this has shoved more mail in the mail box knowing I can not physically get it out because of the makeup box that I ordered is blocking and preventing me to do so. Horrible. I had to open the box to get the makeup out and leave the box with the tissue paper included in the mail box Ridiculous.
Disgusted !! Our mail box which is a central box for Bell Gardens is lying down on the ground. The postal person was no help. I am so disgusted with her. Help. Fix it
I went to the Green Lantern Post Office around 12 today (12/14/21).
There was a tacky sign hanging on the door stating OUT TO LUNCH.
I returned at 7 minutes until 2 PM the same day. The door was still locked and the same sign hanging there!
This is ridiculous! Since when does a US Post Office just close?

Informed delivery indicated I had mail to be delivered on March 29 and 30. None has been delivered. Several households on my street have had no delivery service on these days. Why?
I live on Givens Drive 36117. This is the second time the postal employee has dropped mail at the box and not bother to get out and pick it up. It happen last week and a neighbor pick the letters up and put in the slot. Today I went to get my mail and their were two letters on the ground. I picked the letters up and put them in the slot for outgoing mail. I understand you all are probably short staff and others issues with this corona virus but this is pure laziness and don't care. Just want to let you know how you are doing.
