Postal Locations

My mail has been on hold since 4/27/18 & I was told to add the name of the person with the authority to pick up my mail--that there was a way to do this on line. I researched the Shakespeare station web site on East Blvd in Montgomery, al & could not find a way to do this. Cheryl Lipson has permission to pick up my mail. Can you help me with this?--Very frustrating!!!!!!!!

Our mail carrier have been taking our packages either somewhere else or keeping it on her mail truck . Since we have be having different mailed carriers I haven't been getting my packages . I had order something for JcPenny and I haven't received it . So , I don't kn did someone stole my package or it just was delivered to the wrong address. My tracker said they place it in the mail box , but my think is they should have rung my door bell to let me kn I had a package . I also order something in December and still haven't gotten it . I wished they will keep one person to do our mail instead of all these needs mails carried who doesn't kn how to do there job .

OUR CARRIER DID NOT PICK UP OR DELIVER MAIL AGAIN ON 11-13-2017 I WENT OUT AT 8:00 PM AND TE LADY NEXT DOORS FLAG WAS STILL UP THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT I KNOW OF THIS HAPPENING, THE AREA IS 3200 BLOCK OF GATSBY LANE MONTGOMERY, AL 36106. I WENT OUT AT 2:30 PM TO CHECK MY MAIL AND HAD MAIL IN MY BOX BUT I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS YESTERDAYS MAIL OR TODAY'S MAIL, I REPORTED TE 1ST TIME THIS HAPPENED TO SHAKESPEARS POST OFFICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT BUT ITS HAPPENING AGAIN, CAN YOU TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM?
