We have been receiving mail on a very irregular basis. The postal deliverer claims that our mailbox is located on Indian Hill Rd., not on Mission Rd. front as is normal. The correct address is posted on the PO Box door and mail has been delivered for more than 50 years at this location. The previous postal deliverer had no problem with this situation. The current individual insists that the mailbox must be placed in the front of our house, not on the side. How do we solve this problem? Please advise. Tom H.

This morning I learn that is was attempted and now pick up at post office. Very frustrating. This is 4th package that hasnt been delivered or attempted. Please address.
Our office is Re/max Advantage located at 2964 Columbiana Rd. Vestavia, Al. 35216. We HAVE NOT received mail in over a week! When we received today there were several documents that were on a time frame! This is unacceptable. We have two rental companies in this office that are not rent on time.
you attempted to deliver a package on 12/12 according to tracking. States you left a note with a number on it, so I could pick up at local post office. I never received a note! What do I do?
