This is second time they said they delivered package, rang in saying my Amazon package was delivered at 6:30pm. I was outside playing with my puppy and nobody came, I am last house on dead end street and no cars came down at 6:30 when I was outside till 6:45pm. To late to call and see where they delivered it to.
Postal delivery took something out of a mailbox that he/she should not have. I left things as a gift to my neighbor because it was very early in the morning. He/she needs to return the items. Thanks
Anything that is put in a mailbox we are suppose to charger the customer postage. Nothing is suppose to be put in a mailbox but out going mail. Unless it is a gift for carrier.

How do you get a REAL person to answer the phone? ANY number? Are the lines down? It has been busy for a solid hour.
Postal Driver keeps damaging my mail hox. I ask him politely today to please open a certain way and showed him. He then ripped the door off and told me to get it f****** fixed!
This is not appropriate behavior.
I got an email saying my package has been picked up by me, but I haven't checked my box in 3 days, and the post office phone has been busy for 24 hrs non stop. The 1-800 number won't let me speak to an actual person either!
I'm so sick and tired of getting my mail after 5 pm or not getting it at all some days. This batesville post office needs new management. This is the most unorganized post office I've ever seen.
