It is frustrating when you get to PO and it’s closed for an hour for lunch! Isn’t there a way to relieve each other? Are you customer focused or employee focused? Other businesses don’t close for an hour, except Walmart pharmacy and that’s not good either! Lucky you work for the government and don’t have to make a profit!’
I mailed a package at 10:55 today. Got to car and realized I had forgotten to add an apartment number. Went back to door and it was locked for lunch I guess. I have called numerous times to add the apt number. Recording says no one to take call. Guess I will hope for the best. In 74 years I have never seen a post office close for lunch and not take calls.
I tried to do this review online per my receipt. The site won't open. I would like to Thank Darryl for doing such an amazing job for us. He was friendly yesterday and also today. He really cares about his clients. What a great employee he must be. Friendly with a smile. Thank You
This is in regards to Packages ordered from Amazon that are larger than the mailbox. Can those packages be left at the front door and not on the ground by the mailbox itself?
