Postal Locations

The woman who works at the post office in Hartford ark needs to be replaced. Every time I try to renew my box since she has been there I have been charged a late fee even tho my check has sat in the box since way before the due date. She refuses to get it out. Today I checked to see if she had gotten it and nope...its still in the box. So I took it out and wrote on the renewal paper that this check has been there in the box for over a week. And threw it thru the box to the floor. Maybe she will see it this way.
