Although I put the envelop in the mailbox last night (Thursday) with proper postage affixed, it was not picked up. I put the flag up to alert the carrier. The flag remained up all day Friday.
Said my address was wrong but still forwarded it twice...? Then gave up and sent it back to the shipper. Nothing on my address was wrong. I get packages there everyday without issue. 100s of dollars in products wasted.
I received my package but the bottom was soaking wet and the product was damaged. The weather conditions were dry and HOT. The truck carrying my package must have had water in it considering I got my package off of the porch within 4 minutes of drop off. The local offices don't answer their phones, the 800 number makes you jump through 30 hoops before allowing you to speak with a person who acts oblivious and is not helpful in the least. She even gave me a phone number to call that was DISCONNECTED!
Mail carrier is still not picking up mail being sent even after numerous phone calls and putting a red ribbon out for a flag since there are no flags on our mailboxes I have 3 packages to be dropped off hes already been through here this is rather irritating
I live at 823 Gloucester Drive Jonesboro 72401. The mail carrier has delivered my package and mail somewhere else. Today I should have had 4 pieces of mail and an Amazon package. The carrier seems to think it’s okay to deliver my mail to other houses. It’s not the first time it’s happened. If I could do away with snail mail all together I would.
I live at 1807 henry st and the mail carrier does not do his job. I am lucky to receive mail once a month from him. I have yet to get my Suddenlink bill which was due on the 15th. I had mail to be picked up hanging on box for over a week. I have subscriptions I never receive. Constantly get the wrong mail. This is totally unacceptable. I am NOT the only one. Two neighbors on Irby st behind me have the same problem. When I am home I see him and all he does is drive the area. Something needs to be done about this immediately.
