At this post office location, the workers don't answer the telephone. Why do these USPS employees not answer the telephone? There should be at least 1 person designated to answer the telephone.
I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Col. Glenn Post Office EVER!! Why do I keep getting wrong mail? Why does the mail carrier not pick up my letters to mail on Saturday and sometimes even on other days? And why when it doesn't fit in my box (packages) would the carrier throw it on the ground under the box? My box is out on the main road and anyone could steal it and it could get wet if it's raining?
I would like to know why the mailman is not coming in to deliver our mail? We have mail going out that he supposed to pick up. Our mailbox on the front porch is just for when our business is not open (for example on Saturday) Can you please have this corrected?
I have been having an problem with my mail carer either I don't get my mail or I get someone else mail or he opens my mail I haven't got mail in 5 days which I talk to someone so I know that I should have mail but none I have file an complaint at the Colonel Glenn office supervisor but it didn't help any they need to start with them put someone in there that's going to do something about the workers that are doing wrong today I even asked an other mail carer for an number to call because I haven't got mail in an week and the number he gave no answer this is an really sorry team I can say
I have been having a problem with not quite sure what the problem is besides incompetence. This is an ongoing problem. For at least six to seven months. We have cluster mailboxes at Stagecoach Village. I get my neighbors mail and apparently they are getting mine. Which I don't receive in a timely manner. If they get off their cellphones, They might put the mail in the correct boxes. This is reprehensible. And I am really tired of trying to figure out where the heck my mail might be.
I resides in Pulaski county 72210 area Arkansas and I has noticed that the cluster boxes needs repairs especially the compartment to drop off packages. Broken doors, so small packages can be left for tenants. I been having trouble getting my small packages deliver.It's a great inconvenience for seniors, tenants and disable.

This is the only post office that doesn’t answer the phone.. then when you go to their location they are very rude and IUnprofessionalized Smh I’m about to move just to not have to deal with them
Sir/Madam: I live at 59 Laver circle (72210). For the past 22+ years
the mail was delivered in the am. This week it has been delivered
around 4pm. Has the route been changed to reflect this time change?

I wold like to let you know the lady who delivered mail & package to our complex parham pointe dr apartments, always she's never deliver to me always she drop my box to the office, always somebody at home, she leave form 3849 in my mail box, I really I don't appreate the way she treat us.
