That's why I keep calling until they do because what's the point of them having a phone if they wont answer? If they did their jobs correctly and everything was up-to-date or on time, we wouldn't have to call with questions. Honestly though, it's all just a scam, you pay for certain shipping but none of their tracking is accurate and you just get your items whenever you get them. I spend hours on the phone with USPS for no reason because despite all the resources they claim to have to track your package, it's all useless including customer service. Even the online tracking they give you is inaccurate, if you don't live in a safe neighborhood get a P.O box because your mail will be stolen waiting on USPS to deliver on time.
