Just moved here and mail service is awful. Packages missing until complaints were filed, check missing, not receiving mail that shows it has been delivered on informed delivery. Incredibly ridiculous.
Can you please explain why in the busiest season of the year and the busiest time of the day (over the lunch hour) you would only have 1 person at a window servicing customers? Whoever manages this station needs to be trained on customer service and the basic norms of staffing during business hours (this is not rocket science). Really frustrating and terrible customer service. No wonder this branch consistently gets horrible reviews.
I have a serious complain the postal worker is a young black Male that is always on the phone with ripped blue Jean's and not very observant . I have been waiting on a check since 12 3 18 and have yet to receive. Now I have been on hold 3 hours and the phone just disconnect. I need to know where my check is today is 12 11 18 . The check is coming from Philadelphia Pennsylvania. This is ridiculous. The postal station is 815 technology dr little rock ar. This is a sad post office

My address is 24 Margeaux Drive Little Rock, AR 72223 and I continue to receive mail for 24 Marcella Drive. I have complained several times without success. Not sure what I can do next but I will continue to do what I can until someone listens to me and the problem is corrected.
The postal carrier servicing my address from the Chenal station, 815 Technology, Little Rock, AR has left my mailbox open twice while it was raining, resulting in my mail getting soaked. This mail included tax documents and checks. If this is not the correct venue to ask for this to be corrected, please let me know the best avenue.
