Paragould post office is the most unreliable , incompetent post office I’ve ever had. I’m 59 years old , have lived in 9 states and and have never seen this level of incompetence ! You are unable to deliver a package to my residence that you have already delivered to hundreds of times in the last 2 years. Absolutely pathetic !!!
I don't know how they do it but no company I have ever seen has been as dependable as the Paragould Post Office. People on here sure like to complain but you can tell, no geniuses live in this part of the state.
Apparently you havnt ever tried to get ahold of them !!!

I agree. The post office is the hardest place in town to get a hold of by phone. I have a feeling that this has nothing to do with the people that work there.
Wow, i tried to call my local post office to see if mail is still running since i have not received mail or seen a mail carrier n 3 days.. it rang someone picked up and automatically put me on hold... now they took the phone off the hook so no calls can go threw. Tried to call corporate office about there behavior and still nothing! Shows how much they do for us huh..
Who ever is running the route for 10th ave. They need to pay attention to the address because this is not the first go around that our mail was in other mail boxes
I need my post box combination changed as I fear someone has my combination and has been taking my packages that were said to be delivered. My box is box 662 please help me
We live out in woods here in Arkansas and our mail is so important but our mail carrier doesn't bring our mail right he doesn't pick up mail half the time, he leaves packpages outside mailbox by road and has just shoved our mail in wrong box and won't put our mail where it goes
Why is mail being held up in Memphis< I had papers mailed in Harrodsburg Ky. on the 13th of March from my lawyer. Have not received April 3. Only reason might not have received offered is mail to Paragould, at has been held up in Memphis for as long as two to three weeks
