We have excellent service from our postwoman. She is always courteous and very helpful if we have questions. She always knocks when she delivers a package so that we know it’s there. The postal workers in the Searcy office are always friendly and efficient. Kenneth is especially helpful. I’m grateful for our postal service.

They hold your mail for weeks and you get everything late. Very poor service.

I run a business and dropped my packages off at the post office. They haven’t scanned 12 of my packages and it’s been two days, tried to call twice with no answer. I don’t understand how 12 packages remain unscanned for two days! This is crazy to me.

I wish the post man stop lying. He made no attempt to leave my pack. It was cool he didn't want get of the car so they lied and said try tried. Please Do Your Job.

Route person failed to ring doorbell. Has a choice of two, an electronic one and a manual one, touched neither. Took my package and left without making an effort to knock on another door or even knock on the actual door to the kitchen. May have knocked on the storm door but that is not the actual door. I was sitting in the Living Room, 15 feet from kitchen door or deck door and would have heard ANY attempt to get my attention. Please hire someone who wants to do the job and not just drive around sticking letters in a box. Packages are part of the job and they help pay your very high salaries.

I am so sick of this carrier leaving my mail at my x mother in law's.it has my address but gets left at 302 Pete Hall road in Searcy AR.
