As of today, April 26, the flag on my mailbox has remained up four (4) days. I have personally watched the postman drive by ignoring/stopping to pick up mail. I called your office. I was informed picking up mail is considered a courtesy by your employee. Evidently, we have a new carrier. Thank you
I have lived in same house for almost38 yrs and have had great postal delivery. but this year i have had numerous times put bills, or medical payments in the mailbox to be picked up. I put the flag up to be seen but the mailman just passes me by. this didnt happen just once or twice but over 5 times... when i called to complain the 2nd time, was told if they didnt have mail to deliver, they dont have to stop. SMH... sorry i dont get a lot of mail... but i do have bills to pay....
Are there any employees at the Sherwood post office who have any inkling of how to do the jobs they are paid to do??? I have never seen such incompetence from a government agency as I have seen from this office. And believe me, I've seen plenty incompetent agencies during my federal career. Does no one take pride in their work anymore?
There webb site says they open at 0800. Been trying to call since 0805 It's 0820 now and they still haven't turned off their answering machine that says your call can't be transferred.
My husband and I were sent letters from Bluegreen Vacation Club last week. I talked to the postal carrier yesterday and he said that he attempted to deliver, but my husband was in the back yard talking to someone and walking in the opposite direction and he didn't want to disturb him. It says on the slip that the mailings would be held at the post office until the 25th of June, but he said the supervisor told him that they were sent back to Bluegreen. I am very upset about this. I attempted several times to contact someone by phone to find out if the letters had been misplaced or if they had really been sent back to Bluegreen. No one will answer the phone at the Sherwood Station in Sherwood, Arkansas
