Package delivered to wrong post office has not come to mine yet ,will not answer phone

My wife and I saw the postal delivery person drive right past our house on Jan 21,2022 and not deliver our mail which we had been notified would arrive. The notifications came from USPS WITH SCANNED IMAGES. This is important mail which we need.

I am unable to get anyone to answer the listed number for the Ocotillo branch. One of the two lock boxes in Alma School Place at Nebraska and Remington is not locked and a number of customer's mail is available to anyone.

For the last few weeks I have not been receiving grocery store ads on Tuesdays. Several neighbors have not been as well. Would someone check and be sure we are all receiving the ads. Thank you.

I moved here(Chandler) back in June of 2019 from Florida, put in for change of address, have yet to recieve my mail from Florida or Arizona.I did everything possible and still nothing, I have worked here since moving here, not getting anything from work, NOTHING from no where, now mind you my late husband is getting mail, go figure!

It seems that every time our regular mail man is not on duty delivering mail to our location, we don't get any mail. A substitute driver will either drive right past our house and just totally ignore out street. Yesterday, I stood out there waiting to hand the mail person something and he just went right by onto another side street. Didn't even bother with the homes on our side of the street. Today, again, at least the driver (a different one from yesterday) stopped because I had the flag up, but didn't leave any mail again. That's 2 days in a row that we haven't received any mail. Not even our weekly grocery flyers. This happens all the time when our regular driver isn't driving. Our regular driver is great. But I guess his substitutes don't care about the people and just drive along to pass the time.

Your Phone rang for hours and no one ever picked up the phone. Do you say call? You people at Chandler Heights don't answer ever. No wonder the Post Office is dying. Oh yeah, and as it rang and rang someone took the time to hang up on me.

Two packages with tracking that said they were delivered never showed up. Of course today is Saturday and it is past the time for anyone to answer the phone. I guess I will try to get it sorted out on Monday, but from the look of the comments I've read already, it doesn't look very promising. Great.

Worst usps. Mary was rude and hung up on me because I asked for a supervisor. My package went to the billing address and I called to figure how to get my package and verify if it was the billing address that it went to. She was no help. And when I asked for her name she would not give it but I already heard it when she answered just wanted to make sure I heard it right. Rude Mary needs more training on how to solve a problem and not create a new one.

I came into the post office Chandler ( Chandler heights /Riggs last week to complain about my neighbors handing me my mail or sticking it in my doorway because it was placed in their box by mistake and the manager said he would handle the problem. I can understand someone making a mistake but this has had occured excessive amount of times. I captured the number of the truck today #431123 delivery mail to the gang box and sure shooting i my neighbor walked over and handed be my mail. I hope this problem is corrected soon. Thank You.

This is one of the worst locations ihave ever dealt with. My package was delivered to the wrong mail box and I have called TWENTYTWO times this morning alone trying to get this straightened out. Not happy at all!!

This Post Office, Sun Lakes, AZ has repeatedly delivered my mail to the next door neighbors that have a very different address. Numerous times my neighbor has brought our mail to us, after he comes back from his various vacations, and the other house they own, which means our mail is late. Does anybody know how to read addresses to even names of customers there. The postal carriers need to pay attention to detail! I have gone to the post office to complain at Various Times, and yet now it is happening again after a new postal carrier comes on board. I am speaking for all the Sun Lakes Community. CAN THEY GET IT RIGHT, NOT JUST SOMETIMES BUT ALL THE TIME?

My husband was in the hospital for 6 weeks and I am in a wheel chair. I called the post office and told the young lady mu situation. She called me back and told me the postal carrier was willing to bring my mail to me once a week and asked if that was ok. The gentleman came once a week and had my mail all together and rubber ban together. He was so polite and came every week. He didn't have to nor did the lady I spoke to in the post office have to set this up for me. This post office was so gracious and I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you so much for being there for me.

I was wondering why my neighborhood doesn't receive the ads(grocery, Lowe's,etc) in the mail on Tuesday. Other close by neighbors do

I am getting very upset every single time I go to my mailbox. Half the mail in my box belongs to someone else with the same house # that I have, but live on a different street. EVERY SINGLE TIME. My god, are the carriers that bad they can't read. I spend up to a 1/2 every other day doing your job, delivering mail to the right house. This has to stop, as I will not continue to do your job any longer. I will just drop the items back in the mail and let you figure it out. I have complained numerous times, but I just a fake smile and basically told to go pound sand.

never answers phone always busy Two times in the past two weeks package was not delivered had to go to post office to have them traced. Found one the other still lost

The USPO must have delivered my package to the wrong address and I cannot reach anyone at the office to help me find the package. Tracking number 92748931507267513018470142 shows it as delivered. How can I find this package? I am being billed for an item that was never received.

For a p0eriod of over 3 months I have repeatedly gone to the post office and spoke to a supervisor about my mail with my name and address being constantly rerouted to my son's house in mesa AZ. Each time a piece of mail is sent to me at my address someone puts a stamp on the letter rerouting it to mesa. They keep promising that it would stop. However I have been to the post office and spoke with a supervisor approximately every two to three weeks as previously stated for the last three months. I have done this four times already. What does it take to get my mail addressed to me, at my address, delivered to my mail box. I used to think it was a joke about the incompetence of postal employees now i'm not so sure.

9928 E Watford Way, Sun Lakes, AZ 85248 The neighbor backed into our stucco mailbox. It is in 4 pieces. The good news about this is we are putting a stop on mail delivery until May 31, beginning on May 17. We uprighted the top piece where the mailbox is hoping our mail carrier will step out of her vehicle and bend over and put the mail inside. We'd like to get Monday's mail before we leave town. The mailbox should be repaired while we're gone.
