I've tried calling the Flagstaff office five times with no answer between the hours of 0900-1300 over two days. NO ANSWER!!! Try the 1-800 number and it's a circle jerk of no resolution.
Found condo complex mailbox for several units unlocked, wide open, exposing mail deliveries including packages, envelopes and keys for several condos. Called flagstaff post office several times, 30 rings resulting in disconnections. Was able to close both doors, but slot with keys would not close.
Would like to know if there is a way to receive our mail in a more timely fashion each business day. PSE is a business to business customer and mail deliver is an important part of our business. of late we are not receiving mail till nearly 5:00 in the afternoon. Our hours are 8-4. when mail is received after hours it is subject to theft (several occasions ) makes it difficult to process business matters in a timely manner and is disruptive to our day to day operation. This same frustration is also felt by all the businesses in this business district. We would ask that delivery schedules be altered such that mail deliver is no later than early afternoon. Since mid Dec. I have had sporadic lousy delivery. Just today a package was jammed into my box damaging inside contents and being difficult to get out. Previously packages are left in the open a few steps up and not at my front door. Another time lack of access was stated when access was available and package delivered to my box the best day. I don’t know who you have recently hired, but there job delivery is terrible, lazy and unacceptable

I'm the store manager at Natural Grocers in Flagstaff,AZ and I would like to make a complaint about our mail man today.
He said (f--k y-u) to my receiving manager today. He walked in the front door of our store and I was trying to get his attention but he had his ear buds in his ears. My receiving manager walked over to him and told him he needs to deliver it in the back. She tried to walk him back there and he then yelled at her. They walked to receiving and he continued to verbally abuse her.
This is so completely unacceptable. I don't know who he is or why he thinks he can talk to people like that. I'm going to need to talk with a supervisor or someone about this.
I don't want that little boy to ever deliver our mail to us again.
I tried to call your location but the phone only rang forever.
I really need to talk with someone about this.
