This post office sends back mail that is addressed correctly. When you call them, they never answer their phone. They have actually slowed down my unemployment by sending mail from them to me and it was addressed correctly. This post office is a joke

The worst post office and customer service ever! I frequently get mail for people that live on other streets, not mixed in with my mail, mine gets delivered someplace else. Its not uncommon for them to not deliver mail for days in a row. They leave my mail sticking out of the slot so anyone could easily take it. And God save you if you try and call them, no one answers the phones! Seriously terrible customer service which probably starts with their management.

Never, in my 60 years have I experienced such a mess. I get someone elses mail about twice a month. Sometimes I don't get mail for 2-3 days, I get messages that package is "in" Fountain Hills yet not delivered for days.If you are expecting anything important, I recommend you have it sent to a neighboring town

Fountain Hills post office is unreliable. Sometimes I don’t get mail for several days and then one day my box if full of bundles of mail. Now our carrier has not been seen and a young man is delivering. He drives completely along the sidewalk so that he never has to stop outside his vehicle. I have videos of this.

I really want to get into this click and ship but I scheduled 3 packages to be picked up today and they are still sitting there. Too good to be true I guess. Drat!

Mail on hold has been lost. 3 delivery supervisors cannot find it and i have received numerous stories re situation. Essentially being lied to. Supervisor chris saling has not returned any phone calls. Deplorable mail service. On a number of other occasions mail delivered to wrong address or not delivered after being on hold.

I can't say enough good things about Pamela(Route 44). She is very caring, conscientious and helpful. In short, I think she is a wonderful carrier and really represents the post office at it's best. However, whenever she is gone for a number of days, I don't get any mail. Evidently, her replacement ignores the placard the Pamela set up to inform any other carrier that my mail had to be delivered to my house. I've come to expect not getting mail when Pamela's gone. Thank you very much, Carol A. Augustine Because she's so good, please don't promote her to another route.

I LOVE this Post Office. I am a P.O. box holder. I get such a neighborhood feel, always welcoming when I must go to counter (even w/grumbly Customers) SO while parked where I normally don't, I looked up and saw the TATTERED, TORN & FADED, POW-MIA FLAG...that is shameful & SAD, disrespectful. I suppose that subject is dear to my 💓 I would love to see Fountain Hills, USPS show some respect & get a replacement. Thank You for reading❣

I have not received my mail in 2 months. I have talked to two different delivery supervisors at the Fountain Hills, AZ facility and still cannot get mail. I have never dealt with such incompetent individuals.

On 11/17/16 at approximately 5:20pm a mail truck driven by an older female swerved out in front of me in my neighborhood(Nicklaus Dr). Not only did she not use signals or flashers she was driving very erratic through the neighborhood speeding away from every mailbox. This is a big safety concern and a lack of respect for the vehicle and maintenance costs that goes into the vehicles.I would expect postal employees are accountable to the same driving requirements as the general public, and speeding and aggressive driving are frowned upon.
