We have had issues with our mail box key(s) for a very long time. We have had to spray WD-40 in order for our keys to work quite a few times. The lock is always stiff and very hard to get our keys in. Well, it finally stopped working all together and I make time to stop in to Four Peaks Post Office to finally get a new lock and/or keys and I'm told that I HAVE TO PAY the $40 fee. HOW is this faulty lock MY fault? This is YOUR property. YOUR mail box that I simply use because I am a customer of the U.S. Post Office. Help me to understand this????

I debated about calling the Post Master today. I own a home in Mesa but actually live in Missouri. Our billing address is Missouri so no bills arrive in Mesa. Only junk mail. Our son was to check our box but he had forgotton for a month so we received a note saying our mail was being held at the post office. Even though it would be junk, I went to pick it up today. I was greeted by an old short lady with curly reddish-brown hair who preceeded to yell at me in front of patrons about not picking up my mail. I explained our situation and she continued yelling at me. She threw the stack of mail at me and when I took it to leave, I got half way to the door and she yelled, MA'AM, I'M NOT THROUGH WITH YOU YET. I walked back and she continued yelling at me some more. The look on the othe customers' faces were the same as mine, complete shock. I sat in my car for a couple of minutes before leaving because I was shaking so badly. That woman has no business talking to customers or having a job. She is horrible. My son wanted to visit your office to have a talk with her but I stopped him. She is a horrible, unprofessional excuse for an employee. You may be short staffed but having someone like that working there is just asking to be sued or for someone not as tolerant as me to take matters into their own hands.

They don’t answer their phone for one. We did a change of address but the carrier kept delivering it to our old address. Finally, 2 months later, we reached someone and they forwarded our mail. Now our mail is once again being delivered to our old address. Employees at this location are rude and non responsive. If we could use UPS instead it would be great but alas......they are government workers.

Per UPS SureMail was to receive a pkg on Sat,10/02/20. Picked up mail but pkg not mine, addressed to Debbie Fuller at 10834 E Olla Ave was prescription pkg. Took it to Four Peaks P.O. on Mon 10/05 line was out the door so just put it in the outgoing mail bucket. Waited few days, my pkg has never appeared in my mail box or brought to my door step by whoever rec'd it. This happens way too often. Been calling P.O. no one answers, this is 2nd incident in 30 days. Are these carriers held responsible for their mistakes??

I mailed a package from New Jersey to 2116 South Shelby, Mesa, Arizona 895209 costing $39. Box was returned with sticker: "no such address, undeliverable" This is a house, one family. Can you confirm the address exists?

I have a package that says delivered and I don’t have it. My packages constantly get delivered to the wrong address in my neighborhood, this time my neighbor says they don’t have it. I contacted the company they said it says delivered to mailbox locker..... so I need someone to come down here and open a locker because they didn’t leave me a key or anything.... I’m so frustrated and sick of my mail not being delivered to me when my address is clearly on my mail and packages. I live in the area of 85206. It’s not that hard to get the address correctly!

Mail is being delivered to my address from addresses with the same street number even though the name of the streets are different. I received both packages and mail meant for my neighbors. I am missing a package which the company shows was delivered. Four Peaks Post office does not answer phone. There is no official way to contact anyone in authority.

We are having issues with our carrier. I have been receiving my neighbors mail (three pieces in one delivery). My other neighbor is getting my mail. This is frustrating when you are waiting for an important piece of mail.it is happening at 9749 E Natanja Ave and my neighbors on each side of me!!!!!!!!!!

Tried calling the number listed. Rang 50 times and then disconnected the call. I'm a volunteer for Let Joe Know, a consumer advocate group, trying to assist a couple with a complaint we've received regarding mail not delivered. Please have a supervisor contact me at this email or call 602-200-9578 to try and get resolution for this couple.

I rented a post office box in 2009 at the Mesa Four Peaks Office. When I rented the box I ask the supervisor "What time can I expect mail to be delivered into my box?" His response was "We guarantee to have your mail up by 10:30 AM" Fast forward to August 2018; Today I went to pick up my mail at 11:45 AM and my box was empty. At 4:45 pm I had some out going mail to deposit. So, I checked my box again and there was mail. It was mail that I had been waiting for and because it was now 5:00 PM I could not respond timely. The supervisor at this location seems to be getting more and more lax and the service is no longer equitable

Received an e-mail that my package was delivered at 3:07 PM. Went to my post box and very small package was not there. Office at Four Peaks is now closed for the weekend. Where is my package that MAY weighed .15 LBS?

3 of 6 packages not delivered although the tracking shows as delivered. The post office states they may have been too big for my locked cluster box although each shipment is under 1 pound and in small packaging such as envelopes. They absolutely should be able to fit in the LOCKED box. I complained and wanted explanations of why 50% of my shipments are not making themselves to me and I want an internal investigation. NO RESPONSES - I think my carrier is stealing. Who possibly had 50% of their packages go missing??

I had an experience today 5/2/16 with an employee that should not be in a position to work with the public. The guy had an attitude that was utterly wrong and if in a position outside of government should be fired. He was confrontational and aggressive and refused to give me service. I wish I had gotten his name, he acted this way in front of a supervisor that was going to "talk" to him. This guy needs more than talk perhaps he needs a Psychologist. I really think this guy may go "postal"
