Attempted to make appt for passport on Feb 14, 2024, your site would NOT send verification code to my phone (have no idea why); tried twice. Finally got a verification code thru email address; but have yet to receive confirmation email of appointment (which is supposed to be immediate according to your info) only a message(on site) that said appointment scheduled and confirmed. My appointment is for Feb 14, 2024 a 10:15---hopefully if you haven't lost it . Can you send confirmation email of my appointment? As you are supposed to do!!!! Would NOT recommend your site. : Mary Holmes would appreciate a response

Jan. 25, 2022. I was supposed to receive a priority package on Friday, Jan. 21st 2022. the tracking said it was delivered to my address, but the package is nowhere to be found. I checked with the mailroom at my residence and they have no knowledge about this package. I have heard that we have a new delivery postal staff person and packages are getting sent back to this post office, because the delivery person doesn't recognize some of the names. Please help if you can!!!

I am calling and calling the office and nobody picks up the phone, then the phone suddenly sounds busy. I am trying to cancel a passport appointment but it is impossible to do it from the phone. I feel bad not being able to let them know about the cancellation.

I'm currently calling this Post Office trying to find out why a package was not delivered. The phone continuously rings, and when they do pick up, they immediately hang up. Garbage service. Who has the contact for the supervising Post Master for the Mesa area?
