I mailed a media package from Phoenix to Gilbert, Az. It took 4 weeks to reach the Gilbert address. Tracking determined the package went to Denver first. Is the same thing happening to mail--especially ballots?

I went to the Arcadia post office 3920 East Thomas Rd. as well as the post office on 48th St. and Van Buren got no answers talk to five employees trying to get information on informed mail waste of time only thing a post office is good for selling stamps and you don’t even need those anymore why do we have these places around

Moved in march . several claims opened due to mail missing. Guess what . out of 8 people . all of us put a change of address in.2x. Still . not 1 single piece of mail. Called every governing branch I could find a number for. Nothing. So darn angry.

The worst experience I have ever had with any mail service. I truly hope they don’t get a dime from our taxes moving forward and collapse to the ground like the horrible run company they are. Henry is the only helpful one. Carol and her staff are laughable and should truly be reviewed and let go. God knows others who are willing to work could use the job.

I spoke to employee Henry over the phone. He was extremely helpful, nice, understanding and knows everything about he's profession and the U.S.P.S business/process, entirely. I was very surprised. In the brief phone conversation we had I learned so much and was tooked about things I should know that didn't pertain to the conversation. Thanks so much Mr. Henry He should get a raise and be employee of the year. Tinia

I was recently talking to your employee named Cindy about my lost package, and she was absolutely unprofessional in her way of assisting me, on top she hand up the phone on me at 3:09pm.
