I need to be able to get a hold of somebody at this post office to verify that my potential renter works there at that post office but nobody picks up the phone. No one will answer the phone so I will post my question here. I need the tracking number for a package I mailed in October. It was going to Nano socks; 13507 Van Nuys Blvd., #4908; Pacoima. Ca , 91333 I can not find it and I have a large item that I am trying to follow up on the return that was in the package. The company needs that tracking number to help me on status of return. Thanks

I sent a check to my daughter in Scottsdale Az from Hummelstown, PA for Christmas. The check had been endorsed for deposit but was found as loose mail at the post office. Someone found the check and returned it to me in Hummelstown, PA. Thank you so much to this kind individual and the Cactus Post Office. It goes to show there are good people in this great country of ours! God Bless!

My package arrived in Phoenix 12/13/2020 and today is 12/22/2020 this is ridiculous it takes more than a week to move mail around in Phoenix i could understand if we had snow.very sad!!!!!!!

Good morning! This is not a review! I can't seem to find out why our mail has not been delivered at 4707 E. Robert E. Lee, Phoenix, Arizona 85032. This post office needs to be investigated by supervisors. When calling this facility no one ever answers the phone no matter what time of day you call. Now for the 2nd time a retirement check has not been delivered . My guess is the mail carrier put it in someone else's box. I get other peoples mail put in my box all the time. There is no excuse and because of his carelessness I am out money that I am counting on. I hope the same thing happens to him some day. Now because of the fact this man is not doing his job making sure people receive their mail he has placed me in trouble. And I have to wait for 10 days before I can get the insurer to look into it and when nothing turns up I then have to wait until the following month to receive a replacement check. Two months ago the same thing occured. I doubt anything will come of this complaint because no one answers the phone at this post office. Can someone explain that please.

I have not received the weekly grocery adds for the second consecutive week. What gives. I rely on these adds for sale items and such. Plz advise as to what is happening.

Planned a move, went online to USPS and filled out my change of address form for myself only.....dotted all my i's and crossed all my t's and still they forwarded my mothers medication to my new address. When I went to my new local PO I was told that whoever sorted the packages only looked at last name and zip to determine if they should forward to new address......WTF Last name only? No wonder they are becoming obsolete!

BEYOND THE WORST!!!
THESE GUYS LOST A VERY VERY IMPORTANT PACKAGE FROM HOMELAND SECURITY, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN FORWADED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED MONTHS AGO!
JUST RECIEVED A CALL SAYING THEY LOST THE PRIORITY PACKAGE! I PLAN ON HAVING MANY PEOPLE FIRED FROM THIS LOCATION.

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered, first the Carrier is too lazy to bring my registered package to my door, he just leaves a redelivery notice instead in my mail box, and then when I call the post office to find out why it couldn't be delivered to my door, the woman who answers puts me on hold for over 15 minutes, of course she tells me that the fact I was waiting most of day at home for the delivery is just my story and she has to get the Mail-Carrier's as well... gee I wonder if he will lie about it... USPS never wonder why I will use Fedex for package delivery instead.

The mail carrier for our area I 85032 is withholding our mail stating that if we don't give him the names of everyone in residence he will not deliver the mail. EXCUSE ME!!!!! I nor my disabled war veteran father have received no mail in over a week. We allow other boneless veterans to use our address to receive mail, but quite frankly, according to the federal mandated mail code laws, mail addressed correctly should be delivered in a timely manner. I am in mt way there right now because apparently I got the same pass the buck cover up lady you dealt with.
