So read the fine print - Comments are not read by postal employees - in other words you and I are wasting our time putting any thought in the way to word this message as no one is going to read it - and if they do, they will likely ignor it as they do the phone, email and other correspondence - however, if we sent them JUNK mail, I bet it gets their attention.

So they stopped delivering my mail because the box was full - OF JUNK THAT I DON'T WANT! WTF should I have to dispose of all this garbage? "Newspapers' and sales magazines - those are CLEARLY not personal mail. So then the box is full, so then I can't get my mail.. and then they don't answer their phone either. Total nightmare, I HATE USPS, they have ZERO desire to do a good job.

Wow! I have to agree with most of these posts. I am trying to get through to this office and it is near impossible. What is wrong with caring to provide good service? What has happened?

I had a package that needed a signature but, I didn't receive it. It was taken back to the Anthem post office. I went to go pick it up there but, the delivery Driver didn't return to the office. Ok I'll get it tomorrow. Tonight I get a update on my tracking number saying it just arrived in the distribution center in Phoenix. WHY? Whf? Who hired these people?

Whats up with holding someone's mail? Is there someone in charge that I can speak with? I submitted a request for the mail to go from Cave Creek to Anthem / Desert Hills and I found out today I can't have my mail for 2 weeks? Do I tell my credit card company the USPS ate my bill? This seems highly irregular. I would like to speak with someone soon please.

The postal clerk who helped me today was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. I had several boxes and small packages I needed to mail. She was very helpful in aiding me in getting the proper material, and directing me in the correct labels to use. She was even kind enough to redo two of the smaller parcels I had when I remembered I wanted to add insurance on them. My experience couldn't have been any more pleasant. Her name Lou.

Several times now we have not received our packages when they said they were delivered to our mailbox. I am missing a Christmas present for my daughter. It says that it was delivered. I called the post office but no one answers. I call the USPS nation wide number and I can’t speak with anyone. I was on hold for literally an hour and a half. I had to hang up.

I’ve always had great service at the Daisy Mtn. location! Just want to thank the employees & mngrs. for always putting their best foot forward, going out of their way to expedite and be courteous even during COVID times when there can be grumpy inpatient customers.

Went out of town for a while. Expected to come back into town and be able to fill out my Ballet but instead I get a notification slip saying my mail box was to full and everything was going to be sent back to the sender in 10 days if I do not go pick it up. How about you take back the ad's you spam us with and leave my mail in the locked box where it belongs.

do you really think the carrier has time to screen mail for every address?? you should have put a hold on your mail. secondly, carriers cannot throw out mail.

These people are incompetent at their jobs. They failed to deliver a package that was supposed to come on the 26th and then promised me on the 28th that they would deliver it then yet it hasn't shown up yet. To make matters worse, when I called to ask about my package later that day, they put me on hold for half an hour until their office closed! This package is a limited edition collectors item and I want it delivered to me ASAP! They need to clean up their act!

Are you kidding me!!!!!!!! We get a notice "No more mail will be delivered". We'll have to pour a slab for a new box!!!! "We're not in the concrete business"!!! Seems to me they're not in the mail business either. After all these years and all of a sudden it's not safe!!! What changed? Nothing that's what. And thanks for the notice!!!! No notice at all!! What about all the people that depend on the mail and can't get to the post office!! Absolutely absurd. I sure hope they weren't expecting any vital medication. Tell me what happened to make you do this.We need an explanation. So if we get a slab put down, how long for you guys to inspect it and how long before the mail boxes will be installed? To just cut us off is crazy and inconsiderate!!!

They won't answer their phone. I have chicks coming in the mail today. Hatchery advised to call the post office in advance and let them know so the babies don't sit long. Been trying for 2 days to call. It will ring forever, occasionally get hung up on then a busy signal for an hour or so as if they take the phone off the hook. Crazy incompetence. Why not hire enough people to do the job?

This is a most aggravating feature of this post office. They NEVER answer their phone. I was told that they do answer when they are not busy. Since they are ALWAYS busy, I guess they never answer the phone. Oh and when the carrier left the key in the wrong box and the teenager stole my package ( I actually heard the kid speaking w/ a friend about it as they passed my house), I was told that I could file a complaint but the company my package was from would be entitled to their postage back, that is all. Unless insured, you, the named recipient, get nothing.

Why won’t they deliver packages to your house? I live in desert hills and got a message that there was no where to leave package. My house is secluded with very large patio. This has happened multiple times and I’m sick of it! I always have to go to Anthem!!

Pleasant people in person, and I truly believe they have the best intentions of serving the community. However, I had a shipment of ammunition and several high-capacity magazines due (I'm a competition shooter - this is like golf to me :) To each their own!) and discovered the shipper made an error on the address, delivering instead to the neighbor across the street from me. The post office said the package was "lost" and was unable to do anything about it. The neighbor denied receiving the parcel (I suspect their teenage kid got a hold of it first) so I had no choice but to file a claim with the merchant. They showed the package as being delivered - to the address of the neighbor - yet the post office stood by and did nothing. Very concerning. Now I pay additional $ for FedEx whenever I have such items shipped, I've lost hope in USPS.gov.

I've lived in New River for 28 years and never missed a house payment, APS payment, car payment until last may when all this started. Someone is stealing my mail or not delivering it. It got so bad we nearly lost the house. This has to STOP!!! I'm retired now with time on my hands and a lot of land and a lot of places to hide :).... I've had enough. I WANT MY MAIL or else!

USPS, Daisy Mtn. P.O. on 43rd Ave Anthem AZ turn off their answering machine so there is no way to contact them via phone. The postal people either lost my medical supplies or possibly the carrier has stolen them. I am inclined to believe the latter now. I have written USPS, the vendor, left letter with delivery person and no reply. I signed for re delivery and my authorization signature, sent copy of my driver's license. The package was delivered to the post office from the vendor. The yellow slip was in my mail box on the 12 Dec. To date ( 27th Dec.) I have not received the package, nor has anyone contacted me from the Daisy Mtn. P.O. My next step is to contact AZ Attorney General, the Sheriff, and also the AZ Governor. If any of you have other avenues to help me, please advise back on this page. thank you.

I know the post office is busy and understaffed but it shows. I have a problem that needs attention. I called and called for about a half hour and only got a busy signal. Then I broke in and was put on hold....it's a 1/2 hour now that I've been on hold.....someone answered...I have to walk into my post office that's 11 miles away for help. DAM my post office closed early to really screw me up....this really sucks!

Over the past six months, I have begun to repeatedly receive other people's mail, which I return to the Post Office, only to have it returned to me. I have hand delivered it back to the Postal Carrier, only to receive a very rude response. And now I am finding that I am not receiving critical mail, such as my Property Taxes. When I voiced a complaint to the front desk, the young gentleman (glasses/beard) who helped me blew my complaint off with "automation issue". If this is an "automation issue", it needs to be corrected. If this is a Postal Carrier issue, she needs to be coached on accuracy and people skills. I suggest the young gentleman also be taught communication skills which would result in more productive communication with customers.

I have tried very hard to work with this post office. We have a contracted carrier. She is so rude -she tried to run me over. She throws my boxes in my driveway. Everyone gets our mail except the right person. We have talked to the manager H. She just doesn't want to be bothered. She never returns calls. I live for 33 years in Phoenix and our post office and carrier were wonderful. They went out of there way to help you. How sad daisy mountain goes out of it's way to make your life miserable. To bad I can't move.

This has to be the worst post office due to organization. You cannot just take our mail boxes and expect us to pick up a key. You probably caused a lot of disorder. Cannot believe this is aloud.
